THE SHIFT is a dynamic original band from the Olympic Peninsula of Washington State. Their genre-defying sound is ever shifting, integrating everything from rock, reggae, folk, & beyond, yielding an entirely new sound with BIG energy that gets people up & dancing to songs with lyrics crafted to inspire positive change & bring unity to diverse peoples.

THE SHIFT’s theatrical & engaging performances quickly gained them momentum in the festival scene. In addition to recording collaborative works with Wookiefoot, Ramblxr, & Tim Snider, THE SHIFT has performed on lineups with acts such as The Movement, Bumpin Uglies, Mike Love, Balkan Bump, Nattali Rize, Paul Izak, Leon Hendricks, Useful Jenkins, TreeHouse!, Heaven Zest, Heatbox, Torin Frost, & Sierra Marin. They have headlined festivals all over the US and now have their sights set on branching out internationally.
