Vendor Application

 

Vendor Applications are now OPEN!

Please understand that applying for a vendor space does not guarantee you a spot! We will be looking at applications and choosing vendors at our discretion. Because we want to promote good sales for vendors, we will only accept 22 vendors for Departure Fest NW 2025. We will also be working to limit the number of vendors of any given type. For example, if you are a potter, and we are already working with a potter, we may not choose you as a vendor for the festival.

Price for vending will depend upon what is being sold and how much space you will need.

Power will be provided to all! Please bring fun lighting to help create the festival atmosphere!

All food vendors must have a permit from the Jefferson County Health Department.

All vendors must purchase vendors insurance. We understand that this may be an inconvenience for our vendors, but it is required by the venue. We are working on a deal with a local insurance company and will have pricing info shortly. If you are accepted as a vendor for this year’s festival, then we will send you a link for event insurance.

All vendor canopies MUST be secured at four points with heavy duty screw in ground anchors.

Vendors are permitted to camp behind their booths, or nearby in the volunteer camping area, unless we discuss otherwise. Space will be tight, so we appreciate your flexibility and cooperation.

Vendors will be able to set up after 2:00pm on Thursday July 31st

Doors to the event will open to the public at 9:00am Friday August 1st.

The event will end at 3:00pm on Sunday August 3rd.

Vendors will have until 7:00pm on Sunday August 3rd to be loaded out.
